Chef's Table: Paella Festival in Valencià

A Spanish festival banquet in celebration of World Paella Day

Sunday, September 1, 2024 • 6–8pm • $70 per person

 

In anticipation of the annual World Paella Day cook-off festival in Valencia, we will be hosting a special pop-up dinner featuring one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine. Traditionally cooked outdoors over an open fire, paella is a Mediterranean rice dish that's especially popular during holidays and celebrations all over the world.

 

At our Sunday night banquet, we will be cooking up a big batch of seafood paella along with a few other popular Spanish side dishes. Our mixologist will also be creating a variety of sangria for your tasting pleasure.

 

This pop-up dinner is the second in our new series called "Chef's Table" where guests are seated right at the kitchen island in the Harvest Market Demo Kitchen. All diners will get a front row seat to where the action is and you can watch your dinner being prepared right in front of your eyes. Each dish will be presented by the chef with notes on ingredients, preparation, flavor profiles, and background information about its cultural history. Cooking techniques and modern shortcuts will be also discussed and all your questions will be answered. Seating is strictly limited to the first 10 reservations.

Note: All of our pop-up events are all-inclusive prix fixe dinners. This means you get a multi-course dinner complete with wine and other beverage pairings all evening long for one fixed price. Unlike at restaurants, all taxes and tip are included as well.
